WHAT TO EXPECT • THE PROCESS
Below you will discover my packages and pricing options. This initial step involves selecting a package tailored to the specifics of your photoshoot, considering both the shoot type and the preferred number of final edits.
While outfits and backdrops are essential considerations, I recommend prioritizing your booking decision based on your desired final edit count.
To secure your booking, a 25% retainer is due, ensuring the reservation of your chosen slot. This retainer is credited towards your remaining balance. Once the reservation is confirmed, we seamlessly transition to Step 2, prepping!
Before your scheduled shoot date, I will initiate a personalized discussion to explore and refine your vision for the session. This is an opportune moment for you to share any inspirational images, preferred outfits, or other creative ideas you may have. Depending on our brainstorming session, there might be additional items that you'll need to provide before the shoot.
For shoots with set designs already added on, I'll work with you to confirm prop options during this phase. With these details sorted, we are poised and prepared to move forward to the exciting phase of capturing your vision. We're all set to shoot!
We will meet at the designated location for your scheduled photo shoot. I kindly request that you arrive wearing your initial outfit, if feasible, as I may have consecutive sessions, and it is crucial to respect everyone's time. In the event that you cannot come dressed, please aim to arrive approximately 10 minutes ahead to utilize the provide private dressing room.
My aim is to create a welcoming and comfortable environment, ensuring you can relax and fully relish your photography session. Your comfort and satisfaction are paramount, so let go of any concerns and embrace the experience!
This final step consist of you selecting and receiving your final edits. A private gallery containing the proofs (all images from your session), will be sent to you via email. Within this gallery, you are to choose your preferred images, adhering to the predetermined edit quantity booked. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to upgrade your package or selecting addtional images for editing. This includes the option to choose unedited images and the full gallery release option.
Upon receiving your selections, I will promptly return the edited images to you, employing the same method used for the proofs, within the appropriate turnaround time. Once the edited images are in your possession, you are granted the freedom to save, print, and share them as desired!
POLICY • PACKAGES

CALENDER OPENS A MONTH OUT, EACH MONTH ON THE 5TH! I ADVISE BOOKING AT LEAST A MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED EDITS DATE OR A RUSH FEE MAY BE APPLIED.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
Limited photo rights, Digital/private access to photos (printed photos are an additional fee; varies upon request.) Your personal folder link will be sent to you via the email you provided at the time of booking.
All shoots other than small events, weddings promo/business & the ultimate package require a 20% retainer. Promotional/Business Professional Packages requires a 35% retainer. Small Events, Weddings & The Ultimate Package require 50% deposit down. (Retainers DO go towards overall shoot cost.)
All retainers are FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE. Please contact via business page or email to verify availability. Please select appropriate deposit option based on your shoot. Rescheduling is available up to 72 hours prior to shoot. All shoots must be paid with deposit to secure. If you happen to reschedule or cancel your shoot before the 72 hour policy, your deposit will still be acceptable for a rescheduled shoot for up to 10 days only.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS 🗓
Any rescheduling done after the 72 hour policy stated above, will result in a $35 inconvenience fee. Any rescheduling done past 2 weeks of original shoot date, will require a new deposit.
*If you are to CANCEL your appointment within 72 hours of your shoot, for any reason, 50% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE OF YOUR SHOOT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD AND REBOOKING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
If needing to reschedule due to EMERGENCIES ONLY (such as early pregnancies or sickness) deposit will be held for 1 month after original shoot date, after this time a new deposit will be required to move forward with reshooting.
If rescheduling happens more than twice for any reason, a new deposit will be required.
COVID-19 TESTING 🦠
A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SHOOTS!
**At home test ARE acceptable!
**Test must have been administered within 48 hours of your session.
**Test must be sent via email, text or DM no later then 24 hours prior to your session.
**If you're planning to book a group/promo/business shoot, all participants must present a negative COVID-19 test within the same timeframe. Same rule applies to any guest you may bring along to your session.
**Children 5 years old and under are not required to get tested.
**Failure to present negative COVID-19 test(s) will result in cancellation of your shoot, deposits are non-refundable!
**This does not apply to events or studio rentals, please contact me directly on proper guidelines for these appointments.
LATE POLICY ⏰
** Late fee: You are given 10 mins before a late fee occurs ($25.) YOUR CARD WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED FOR THIS FEE. (Be mindful that your shoot may not be the only one that day.)
AFTER BEING 15 MINS LATE, YOUR SHOOT WILL BE CANCELED. 50% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE OF YOUR SHOOT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD AND REBOOKING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
TURN AROUND TIMES FOR PHOTOS 🔄
I ASK THAT CLIENTS PLEASE DO NOT POST PROOFS!
** Proofs will be sent within 3-7 days of shoot. (Folder will be deleted once selections are made.)
Edited Photos Timeframes:
(1-2 weeks) 3-10 Images
(2-3 weeks) 10+ Images
** Edited photos will be sent within the timeframe according to the list amount after client has selected proof images. (Folder will only be available for 30 days.)
(Next day) - $200
(2-4 days) - $150
(5-7 days) - $100
*ANY PHOTOS WITH A SPECIAL EDIT ADD-ON CAN ADD AN ADDITIONAL WEEK TO AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME.
OTHER IMPORTANT NEED TO KNOWS 🚨
** Other additional services and service fees may be added when booking depending on request. (ex. custom orders, traveling, special equipment)
** Custom backdrop orders are an additional $100. MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF BOOKING ALONG WITH DEPOSIT.
** PROPS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Client is more than welcome to hire photoshoot decorator and/or bring any desired props for shoot. I have a number of seating props that are free to use during your session. Any special set ups will require a set design add-on & must be paid for at time of booking.
** Watermark removal for entire gallery is $100, watermark removal per photo is $5 each.
** Additional photo retouches are $30 per photo.
** If you want additional people to be apart of your shoot but not in its entirety, there is a $10 extra fee per person. (Additional Person add-on)
** Additional backdrop and/or outfit changes are $20 extra.
** Split shoots have an additional $85 fee, the highest priced shoot will be charged first. (ex. studio then outdoor shoot)
** Any shoot over allotted time - will be a $20 fee per 20 mins over.
ANY SHOOT WITH ADD-ONS: ALL ADD-ONS MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING ALONG WITH DEPOSIT.
ALL AFTER HOUR SESSIONS/STUDIO RENTALS MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH SHYANN BRINSON FIRST.
ALL AFTER HOUR SESSIONS/STUDIO RENTALS RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL $100 PER HOUR.
